General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fairpari ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the fairpari website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement applies to all services provided by fairpari, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting (including cricket betting markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), slot games, fishing games, and any promotional or loyalty programmes operated by the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

Your use of fairpari constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of any fairpari service after amendments to this Agreement are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Amendments

fairpari reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. We will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to fairpari is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. fairpari enforces a strict 18+ policy across all games, betting markets, and promotional activities. Minors are expressly prohibited from registering or using any part of the Platform.
• Residency: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting activity is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use. Players based in Bangladesh access fairpari at their own discretion and in accordance with locally applicable laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any form of legal guardianship or restriction that prevents you from entering contracts, you are not eligible to use fairpari.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether placed through fairpari's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party problem gambling organisation.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended account with fairpari. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account at any time.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on fairpari, you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Information Required

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• Mobile number — a valid Bangladesh mobile number registered to you personally, used for account verification and transaction notifications.
• Email address — a valid, actively monitored email address belonging to you.
• Preferred payment method — your primary mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or SureCash) account number, registered in your name.

Account Verification (KYC)

fairpari operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be asked to submit copies of identification documents before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other point determined by our compliance team. Documents accepted include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a driving licence. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

One Account Per Person

Each individual, household address, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method may be associated with only one registered fairpari account. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended, combined balances may be adjusted to reflect any unfair advantage obtained, and bonus funds from all duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. fairpari will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. You must notify us immediately at support@fairpari if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. fairpari will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

fairpari supports a range of locally relevant payment methods to ensure that players across all eight administrative divisions of Bangladesh can fund their accounts and receive winnings quickly and without unnecessary friction. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Accepted Payment Methods

• bKash — instant deposit and withdrawal, subject to bKash transaction limits.
• Nagad — instant deposit and withdrawal, subject to Nagad account tier limits.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — same-day processing for most transactions.
• Upay — supported for deposits and withdrawals.
• SureCash — supported for deposits; withdrawal availability subject to network status.
• Visa / Mastercard — available for deposits from eligible Bangladesh-issued cards; withdrawal to card is subject to processing time of up to 5 business days.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your fairpari account balance within 60 seconds for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Delays may occur during periods of high network load or scheduled maintenance.
• fairpari does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction fees.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for bKash and Nagad. Card withdrawals may take up to 5 business days.
• Withdrawals are only permitted once your account KYC verification is complete and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied.
• fairpari reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request. During this process, the withdrawal timeline may be extended. Players will be notified of any such delay.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.

Bonuses & Promotions

fairpari may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player, per household, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy any applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) and apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• fairpari reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time. Active bonus balances already credited to a player's account will not be retroactively removed without prior notice except in cases of suspected fraud or breach of these terms.
• Bonuses obtained by creating multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or any other fraudulent means will be voided and the relevant accounts suspended.
• Maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings may apply and will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

Seasonal and Event Promotions

fairpari periodically runs promotions timed to major events relevant to the Bangladesh market — including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and national holidays such as Independence Day (26 March) and Victory Day (16 December). The terms for these limited-time promotions will be published on the Platform at the time of launch and shall be read alongside this section.

User Obligations

As a registered player on fairpari, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times during your use of the Platform. Failure to meet these obligations may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending transactions, forfeiture of bonus balances, or permanent account closure.

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide and maintain accurate, truthful, and current personal information on your account profile. You must update your details promptly if any information changes.
• Personal Use Only: Your fairpari account is for your personal entertainment use only. You may not use the Platform for commercial purposes, operate as an agent for other players, or allow third parties to use your account.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use fairpari in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Responsible Conduct: You agree to engage with the Platform in good faith and to treat all fairpari staff, support agents, and other players with respect in any communications conducted through Platform channels.
• Technical Integrity: You agree not to attempt to disrupt, degrade, or compromise the technical infrastructure of fairpari through any means, including but not limited to distributed denial-of-service attacks, injection attacks, or brute-force credential attempts.
• No Advantage Play via Software: You agree not to use any external software, script, bot, automated betting system, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Responsible Gaming Compliance: If you have activated any responsible gaming tool on your fairpari account — including a deposit limit, session time cap, or self-exclusion — you agree not to attempt to circumvent those restrictions by creating additional accounts or using alternative payment methods.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fairpari. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money and bonus funds), and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using fairpari as a vehicle for laundering proceeds of crime, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or engaging in any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing information in live casino games or manipulating betting markets through coordinated wagering.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, matched betting strategies using bonus funds, or any other method designed to extract value from bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unwarranted chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your mobile wallet or card provider in relation to funds already credited to your fairpari account and used for wagering.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or otherwise interact with the Platform without direct human input.
• Interference with Platform Integrity: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the fairpari platform, its APIs, game engines, or random number generation systems.

Account Suspension & Closure

fairpari reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to such action, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, household, or payment method.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion — even if no conclusive proof has yet been established.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal dispute from the player's mobile wallet or card provider.
• Violation of the 18+ age requirement confirmed by verification evidence.
• A player's own request to close their account voluntarily or via the self-exclusion responsible gaming tool.

Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting fairpari support at support@fairpari. Before the account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions being satisfied.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — your access to fairpari services will be terminated immediately. Bonus balances, loyalty points, and promotional credits are non-transferable and will be forfeited upon closure. Real-money balances are handled as described above in the Deposits & Withdrawals section, subject to any withholding required during an active fraud investigation.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may use the self-exclusion and cooling-off tools available in the fairpari account dashboard. These tools are governed by the conditions set out on the Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion periods are irrevocable for their stated duration and cannot be lifted early regardless of circumstances.
